Description of Event: Curious about what Energy Healing can do for your wellbeing?

This session will happen in your house or working environment of your choosing. We will use an assortment of energy balancing tools to survey the levels of energy in your space. To harmonize the unbalanced areas, additional solutions might be required. Suggestions around furniture placement and/or colour might be provided for good energy flow.

This session will happen in your house or other space of your choosing. We will bring a massage table, and we will require 10 min prior to the session to do a space clearance. An uncluttered space with enough room to locate the massage table is highly recommended.

Description of Event: Want to get started trying to use ChatGPT for work, life or something inbetween? Not sure where to start, or what the risks and capabilities are? This is an introductory session where I'll work with you 1-1 to explore ChatGPT (or any AI tool you like). By the end of the hour you might decide to never use it again, but you'll be making that decision having tested it out!

Description of Event: Did you want to talk AI with a group outside of GRU? Maybe you want to introduce AI to your book club, your workplace, your family or your... you name it. For this event I'll work with you to identify your goals for an AI session based on the audience you have in mind and will customize the session to your goals and audience. It could be an introduction to AI capabilities and risks, building an AI strategy, using AI tools for personal interest or discussion of ethical AI, a facilitated conversation about AI in a small group setting or... you name it! The size of the group is flexible as is the format (though virtual tends to be easier for showing some of the tools).

Description of Event: Jay Moore will play guitar and sing songs for two 50 minute sets. The selection is primarily pop music from the 60s and 70s with some original material added and some special requests planned ahead if desired. The fee is a $100 donation to GRU.
